What is Pourmore?
Pourmore helps you discover amazing spirits and learn about the drinks you love. Our goal is to teach you about
the ins and outs of sprits more broadly including some of the ones we all grew up with and some newcomers to
the scene. In addition to the classics, we search high and low to find craft spirits that aren’t available at your local
liquor store.

Pourmore is also an excellent gift for the spirits lover in your life as a simple thank you, happy birthday, happy
holidays or even heard you had a shitty day get drunk on me.
We have numerous packages, different levels of commitment and different price points depending on what you
are looking to spend.

Who are we?
Pourmore was founded in 2016 by a group of whiskey-loving friends who wanted to share their love and
knowledge of fine liquors with others. Since then we have expanded in numerous different spirits as well as
Champagne. We hope to grow the business to provide rare and personalized drink selections with expert
knowledge and education delivered to your door every month.

Where is this company going?
Over the next few quarters we are going to launching a number of new clubs, a new website, streamlining our
shipping process and increasing our reviews (looking at you happy customer!). As always, we encourage you to let

What is the Pourmore Club?
We currently offer a Scotch, Whiskey, Bourbon, Tequila, Mezcal, Rum, Champagne, Rose, Agave (Tequila and
Mezcal) and Bartender (Mix of rum, tequila, mazcal and whiskey) of the month clubs at different price points. Each
month a full 750ml specially selected bottle arrives at your door with accompanying information. With each
curated package we aim to introduce you to new spirits and show off the occasional old classics. Our goal is to help
you learn about the drinks you love while building awesome collection of bottles and knowledge.

What’s the difference between the types of clubs?
The Whiskey club delivers a wide range of Irish, American, Canadian, Japanese, and other international whiskeys as
well as Scotches and Bourbons.
The Agave club delivers all 6 spirits that are made primarily from the agave plant. The most well-known is tequila
followed by mescal and then you have the remaining 4: Raicilla, Bacanora, Sotol and Pulque.
The Bartender package delivers the best we have to offer across the entire platform each month and will vary each
month so you won’t receive the same kind of bottle over and over. This is best for someone looking to build out
their bar at home (or the office)
Whereas the Scotch/Bourbon clubs solely focuses on either Scotch or Bourbon which are sub-types of Whiskey.

Why don’t all of the clubs have 3 Tiers?
We work extremely hard with our partners to source bottles that are of maximum quality as well as financially
sustainable and our experience has been that at certain price points of certain spirits both of those tests cannot be
met consistently. What we have opted to do from time to time, when we get a bottle that might otherwise fit we
will email our members with the details and give people an option to purchase bottles directly.

What’s in the box?
Each box has a fantastic specially selected 750ml (or larger) bottle, our review, description and links to tailored
online educational material. Additionally, you will find a specialty cocktail recipe located in the review so you can
become your own master bartender.

How do you select bottles?
Our experienced team tirelessly tests (yes – it’s an awesome job) new spirits and works with our retail partners to
build a curated tasting experience awesome prices

How do you review bottles?
Our tasters review bottles in conjunction with our retailer relationships and general online consensus to identify
bottles to share with our members.

How do you think about bottle pricing?
To maximize the variety of bottles we can send we choose from a wide price band centered on what you are
paying. Yes, this means some bottles we send will retail for less than what you are paying but others may be much
more expensive. Over a 6-month period we target an average retail price of the bottles about 10% – 15% above
the price you are paying. We are able to get such great deals by minimizing our expenses, purchasing in bulk, and
knowing our likely purchase needs well in advance. We also take advantage of local wholesale market mispricing’s
giving our customers the best deals.

When can I expect my spirits to arrive? / What is your shipping schedule?
For our club shipments, our cut-off date for a shipment is the 4th of that month. Your package is shipped between
the 5th and 10th of each month. A FedEx tracking number is automatically generated and sent to your e-mail. Your
box generally arrives before the 15th of each month. Holiday shipping is a bit different, as we wait to ship a bit
later in December to let gift - givers get their orders in.
For example, if I sign up for a club on January 5th I have missed the cut-off date for the January box so my first
shipment will be the February box that is sent out starting February 5th.

How do renewals work?
Renewals are charged on the 15th of every month.

Can I purchase this as a Gift?
Absolutely! Just mark the gift option during checkout. We will include your gift message in the first shipment.
Please do let us know if there is a specific date that you are trying to get something out by, ALL gift orders are
generally processed with the regular shipments between the 5 th and 10 th of each month. For more information

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account on Pourmore.com. You can cancel your subscription membership at any time.
How do I pause or change my subscription?
Log into your account on Pourmore.com. You can easily change your payment method, address, subscription and
pause/skip any shipments here.

What’s included in a single bottle gift?
Each single bottle gift includes a specially selected bottle, your gift card, educational materials and a Pourmore
cocktail using the gift inside so the recipient can learn about the gift they received!

Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MY,
NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI, WY

Why don’t you ship to my state?
Local liquor laws prohibit us sending you liquor through the mail (some these laws date back to the days
Prohibition. Crazy!!) . Laws may be different for wine or beer depending on the state. Don't see your state? Let us
know! We will eventually try to add more states to our platform and hearing from you is great motivation.

Will you ship internationally?
As soon as humanly possible. There are still a number of details to work out, but rest assured we are working on it.

When will my product be shipped?
Individual bottles are generally shipped out immediately or within a few days of placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $15.00, this is actually slightly below our shipping cost but we found users disliked paying
more than that for shipping so we pay for the amount not covered by the shipping fee. Unfortunately, because of
the weight of the bottles the shipping costs are higher than we would like as well.

Can I postpone my shipment?
Potentially! Log on to your account on Pourmore.com and try to skip the shipment. If you are unable to do so
through our software it may be too late and your shipment has already gone out. Reach out to us anyways at
[email protected] and we will do what we can.

Can I cancel my shipment?
You can cancel your subscription membership and future shipments at any time through your account page. If a
shipment has already been paid for or is pre-paid we cannot guarantee cancellation. Log on to your account on
Pourmore.com and try to cancel the shipment. If you are unable to do so through our software it may be too late
as your bottle is shipping or you are trying to cancel a pre-paid shipment. Reach out to us anyways at
[email protected] and we will try to help.

Help! My shipment is damaged.
Please reach out to us at [email protected] all bottles are sent with insurance via FedEx so your shipment is
safe!

Will I get a tracking number?
A FedEx tracking number is automatically sent when your bottle ships. If you did not receive it, please reach out to
us at [email protected]

Can I return my product?
Potentially! If your product was damage during shipment let us know at [email protected] . Otherwise we
cannot accept returns. An $80 restocking fee applies for refused deliveries or deliveries that FedEx was unable to
deliver. While this cost seems high it reflects our underlying costs with our partners and the return shipping that
we have to pay for as well.

How does Pourmore work with Vendors?
Pourmore does not sell liquor. Like an Amazon we work with individual licensed vendors who display their
products on our online marketplace. We also provide a curation and club service for our vendors. While we strive
to have excellent customer service and heavily screen our vendors sometime issues can occur on the Vendor side.
If this occurs, please reach out to our customer service team so we can make things perfect.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit, Visa, Discover, AmEx, Diners Club, and MasterCard.

Do you accept PayPal? Bitcoin?
We are working on this!

Do you accept non-US credit cards?
Not at this time but we are working on this.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We use bank-grade security for our online payments which is well above the industry standard.

When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order with 0-3 days of ordering depending on your credit card company or bank.
